Return & Refund Policy
At Benegadget, we want you to enjoy a smooth shopping experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below before requesting a return.
1. Return Window
Our return policy allows returns within 14 days after delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a replacement or refund.
- For items valued over $250, please inspect the package upon delivery and report damage immediately.
- We may request photos of the product and packaging to process claims.
3. Return Process
- Email us at support@benegadget.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the product back to our designated return address. (Customers are responsible for return shipping on “no longer needed” returns.)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Refund Options
- Original payment method (3–5 business days to reflect).
- Store credit or gift card (delivered within 48 hours by email).
- Replacement product (shipped after return is processed).
5. Fees & Deductions
- Return Shipping: Customer pays for voluntary returns (“no longer needed” or “change of mind”).
- Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
- Original Shipping: Non-refundable once the order is shipped.
- Refused/Unclaimed Packages: Treated as unauthorized cancellations and subject to shipping costs plus a 30% restocking fee.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Health, personal care, and hygiene products
- Bed, bath, and intimate apparel
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
7. Disputed Deliveries
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you claim non-receipt, you must file a claim with the carrier. We will assist where possible, but refunds are only processed if the carrier confirms non-delivery.
8. Cancellations After Shipment
Orders canceled after shipment are subject to return shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee if the package cannot be recalled.
9. Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns we believe are fraudulent, abusive, or outside of policy. Chargebacks made without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
