Return & Refund Policy

At Benegadget, we want you to enjoy a smooth shopping experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below before requesting a return.

1. Return Window

Our return policy allows returns within 14 days after delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a replacement or refund.
  • For items valued over $250, please inspect the package upon delivery and report damage immediately.
  • We may request photos of the product and packaging to process claims.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@benegadget.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship the product back to our designated return address. (Customers are responsible for return shipping on “no longer needed” returns.)
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Refund Options

  • Original payment method (3–5 business days to reflect).
  • Store credit or gift card (delivered within 48 hours by email).
  • Replacement product (shipped after return is processed).

5. Fees & Deductions

  • Return Shipping: Customer pays for voluntary returns (“no longer needed” or “change of mind”).
  • Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
  • Original Shipping: Non-refundable once the order is shipped.
  • Refused/Unclaimed Packages: Treated as unauthorized cancellations and subject to shipping costs plus a 30% restocking fee.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Health, personal care, and hygiene products
  • Bed, bath, and intimate apparel
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

7. Disputed Deliveries

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you claim non-receipt, you must file a claim with the carrier. We will assist where possible, but refunds are only processed if the carrier confirms non-delivery.

8. Cancellations After Shipment

Orders canceled after shipment are subject to return shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee if the package cannot be recalled.

9. Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns we believe are fraudulent, abusive, or outside of policy. Chargebacks made without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
