How long does processing and shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–6 business days for verification, quality checks, and packaging. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days within the United States; other regions may take longer. Estimates by region are listed in our Shipping Policy. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

How do I request a return or refund?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To start, email support@benegadget.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please review eligibility, fees, and non-returnable items in our Return & Refund Policy before sending anything back.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@benegadget.com. We will do our best to help before your order is dispatched. Orders that have already shipped are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
